Why we divide people

It pains, pains....when i see the people are divided on the reservation issue in the basis of caste. The evil had won at last in keeping our people divided. Reservation based upon caste is not at all required it should be based on economic background. The economically backward people should be given affordable quality education. This will empower the nation. Enlighten our people. The immediate action of the government should be on primary education and vocational education. The industries (especially) are blaming that they have to train the freshers, lot. The syllables are not job or industry oriented. This in turn increases the cost, as well as precious time. The government (politicians) instead of working on this, they are spoiling the youth by dividing them in the basis of caste. When can we get rid of caste. There should not be any forward, backward, scheduled caste. There should be a level play ground instead of dividing people like this.
The government (politicians) empower people, should not make a large part of the society feel that they belong to backward community or scheduled community.

Reservations

There should not be any reservations based on caste,this is cheap tactics by our selfish politicians to keep the society divided to harvest the votes. This still keeps the evil 'caste' alive. On the other hand the government can give scholarships,economic support to students from poor families who cannot afford to study.This will solve the purpose since most of the people belonging so called SC/ST caste are poor.There are many poor so called higher caste people who were not able to pay and also losing in reservation race even though they have good academic record.Why the selfish politicians are wary of getting talented people at helm.. Any politician who promotes reservation based on caste are highly selfish,only interested in saving his/her political career,wants to keep the society divided and further does not want to create healthy competence in society,which will bring up our country.These potiticians does not have any long term goals,no vision to develop the country,their only vision is to develop themselves.
